Fish Oil Vinaigrette Recipe: For salads, mix with 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, and 1/2 cup of lemon flavored fish oil. Add a bit of either fresh lemon, or vinegar (maybe 1/2 teaspoon)

The best fish oil is the kind that is distilled, that way the mercury is taken out.
