Enzymatic Therapy Eskimo-3 Liquid Fish Oil is a 5ml (1 tsp) serving containing 4.6 of fish oil – this will include between 645 and 830 mg of EPA and 400-535 mg of DHA. This approximately matches other high quality fish oils. This is a Swedish product – the fish included are herring fishes, including anchovies and sardines) harvested from areas not subjected to over-fishing.

Eskimo-3 mentions quite often that it is a stable fish oil – the claim is that the Eskimo-3 formulation more than 10 times more stable than other leading fish oil. By looking around a bit – this stability probably refers to anti-oxidation qualities, and rancidity.
