Nature's Answer Omega-3 Fish Oil is a good value, pharmaceutical grade oil. In order to purify the fish oil, it goes through a molecular distillation process. In addition, it contains oils from deep sea fish (anchovies and sardines) from the Atlantic ocean. The oil also contains Natural Orange Flavor and Rosemary Extract. I have been taking fish oil for that past five years, and I have found this to be the very best for the price; one can pay more, but the benefits will be the same. I love and have used this product for two years.
